HEATED PIEVALRY COMPETITION: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SPONSOR

The Contest is sponsored by Formidable Foods Inc., 3500 South Dupont Highway, Dover, Kent, DE 19901, United States (“Sponsor”). This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

3. CONTEST PERIOD

• Entry Phase: Begins March 9, 2026, and ends March 17, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
• Finalist Selection: Three (3) finalists will be chosen on March 18, 2026.
• Winner Announcement: The Grand Prize winner will be announced on March 20, 2026.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must:

1. Cook their own version of a plant-based "Steak and Ale Pie."
2. Take an original photo of the pie.
3. Share the photo on their Instagram Stories or Feed, tagging @JuicyMarbles.
4. Send the photo via Direct Message (DM) to the official @JuicyMarbles account. Limit: One (1) entry per person.

5. SELECTION OF WINNERS (CONTEST OF SKILL)

This is a contest of skill; chance plays no part in the selection of winners.

• The Shortlist: Sponsor’s team will select three (3) finalists based on: Appearance, Juiciness (visual), and Overall Vibes.
• The Final Vote: The three shortlisted photos will be shared on Sponsor’s Instagram. The final Grand Prize winner will be determined by a public vote by Sponsor’s followers.

6. PRIZES

• Grand Prize: One (1) Juicy Marbles product bundle.
• Runner-up Prizes: Two (2) smaller prize bundles for the remaining finalists. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative or substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PUBLICITY

By entering, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, share, and repost your entry photo for promotional purposes. Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes.

8. DATA PRIVACY

• Collection: Sponsor will collect full names, delivery addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers only from the three finalists for prize fulfillment.
• Sharing: Personal data will be shared with Sponsor’s affiliated companies and third-party delivery partners to the extent necessary for prize delivery.
• Policy: All personal data will be processed in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be contacted via DM from the official @JuicyMarbles Instagram profile within seven (7) days of the announcement. Winners must respond within five (5) calendar days to claim their prize.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Agreement: By entering, entrants indicate their agreement to be bound by these Official Rules.
• Supplemental Terms: For matters not specifically covered here, Sponsor’s general Terms and Conditions shall apply where applicable.‍
• Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or any injury/damage resulting from participation.
