Granny’s Roast
WITH APPLE CIDER GRAVY AND SAGE ROASTED POTATOES
Tray bakes. One of humanity’s greatest inventions. And proof that we occasionally get things right. To me, they’re the culinary manifestation of: “Underpromise, overdeliver.” Where else can you simply dump a load of nonsense into a pan and pull out a holiday miracle? (Eggnog is the correct answer). And, if you’re feeling particularly festive, chuck in an apple. Because—pro tip— turkey, apple, and fresh sage are the only three ingredients you need to appear as though you know what you’re doing.
