Saucy Pizzetas
WITH MEATY MEAT PORK-ISH
Making food from scratch is the core of my identity. I will spend hours baking sourdough bread, turn my weekends into homemade pasta projects just to finish up that lasagna in a matter of minutes, and wait days for kimchi to ferment. Yet even I sometimes wish I could enjoy a perfectly crispy, yet soft and bubbly pizza without the waiting and mess that comes with (my) kitchen projects. Lucky for me, I have made friends with the right people, got my hands on their frozen vegan pizzetas and zhuzhed them up my way, with two saucy meaty toppings (and gherkins, very controversial).
