Umami Burger Burger
WITH TOMATOES, PICKLES, AND MAYO
Sometimes all you need is a juicy burger.

Ingredients
- 4 x Umami Burger
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 x brioche buns (toasted)
- 1 large tomato (sliced into 1 cm slices)
- ½ red onion (thinly sliced)
- 4-6 pickles (thinly sliced)
- ¼ of Iceberg lettuce (thinly shredded)
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
- hot sauce (optional)
SERVES 4 / TAKES 15 MINUTES
preparation
- Remove the defrosted Umami Burger from the packaging.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the Umami Burger and cook for 3 minutes on each side, until nicely browned. Remove from the pan.
- Spread ketchup on the bottom half and mayo on the top half of the buns.
- Build the burger by layering the bottom half of the bun, iceberg lettuce, tomato slices, Umami Burger, red onion, gherkins, and the top half of the bun.
