BBQ Pork-Loaded Tortilla Chips
WITH AVOCADO AND PICKLED RED ONIONS
Get ready to discover the greatest hosting hack of all time. Ready? Instead of serving plain chips and leaving your guests under-nourished and over-salted, serve *loaded* chips, and watch as your guests become full of life, cheer, and effortless charisma. And if you really want to dunk on your peers at the next pot-luck, you can *make your own* tortilla chips. It sounds hard, but it’s really just wheat tortillas toasted in the oven. Anyway, just pile these golden crunch vessels with juicy BBQ pork, creamy avocado sauce, tangy pickled red onions, and a generous scattering of coriander, and you will have entered hosting Valhalla. Of course, store-bought chips will do just fine. I won't tell anyone. I'm not a monster.
