Steak Sandwhich
SLAW, ROASTED KALE & HONEY MUSTARD
SHOP THE THICK-CUT FILET
Ingredients

Cabbage Slaw
A handful of red cabbage, finely chopped
1 big spoon of unsweetened soy yogurt
1/4 of a lemon juiced or a dash of apple cider vinegar
1 tsp of salt
Some chopped fresh dill (or other fresh herb)
Garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper (optional)

Maple Mustard
1 tbsp Mustard
1 tbsp Maple Syrup

Sautéed Kale
A handful of curly kale
Some olive oil
A pinch of salt

Other Ingredients
Juicy Marbles Filet sliced into a few pieces
Sprouts
Yummy bread of choice

SERVES 1
preparation

1. Prepare the meat by slicing it in 4 slabs and sprinkling some salt, smoked paprika & garlic powder over the pieces. Let it rest while preparing other components.
2. Prepare cabbage
slaw by mixing all ingredients up in a bowl.
3. Next toast 2 pieces of bread
, either in the oven or on the stove. Don’t forget to turn off the oven when it’s done toasting!
4. Next sizzle the meat.
Add a tiny bit of oil to a pan. Add the spiced Juicy Marbles meat and sizzle for a minute or 2 on each side, so each side will get the desired amount of brown crispiness. When each side is cooked, turn off the stove.

Assembling the sandwich

Take your toasted bread. Add a squirt of mustard and a drizzle of maple syrup directly on the inside part of both pieces of the bread and spread it in (I do it this way so i have less dishes).
2.
Next add the cabbage slaw, meat, greens, and sprouts to the bread and close the sandwich. Serve with a pickle & enjoyyyy!
